In case you want to return a product for any reason at all, you can do so within 40 days of receipt date. We will refund it, exchange it, or give you credit for future purchases equivalent to the original cost . It’s up to you. When you decide to return your item, Please don’t forget to mail us at: fractalicdesign@gmail.com or via the contact page and include your order number mentioned in your purchase receipt.
Return Shipping costs fees
Normal mail (registered)
In case you want to return an item , and the original shipping method used was registered normal post, the shipping back fees will have to be paid at your own expense. If you wish us to exchange the item, the shipping costs back to you are covered by us. If you wish us to refund you for the item, all the shipping costs will not be refunded .
Ems speed post
In case you want to send an item back for any reason and the original shipping method used was ems speed post, the shipping back fees will have to be paid at your own expense (normal registered post would be the preferred method in that case) . If you wish to exchange the item with another, the shipping costs back to you will be covered by us but this time normal registered mail will be used. If you wish for a refund for that item, original ems shipping fees will not be refunded and only the item will be refunded.
To avoid these cases beforehand, please check your order content carefully before finalizing your order. Check your size in the size chart and compare it with one of your own shirts that fit.
Please note: All returned items must be in original condition. Washed or used items will not be accepted.
Mistakes or damaged goods
In the unlikely event of a defective or an incorrect item that was sent to you, you will be fully compensated and refunded for the item; original shipping costs (ems or normal registered post) and the shipping cost back to us. Please send items by regular registered post and add your sending receipt. (Returns using ems speed post or any other method will not be refunded). Once we receive back the item we will notify you by mail. Depending on your choice we will then either Re-send you another item, change the item, refund the item or give you credit equivalent to original purchase for future use.
Withdrawal
In case you wish to cancel or change an order that has been done, contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel was not yet sent, you will be fully refunded. Parcels that have already been sent cannot be cancelled and must be returned or changed as mentioned above.
