Time as a fractal – Terence McKenna – Final Earthbound Interview.

In this interview of Terence McKenna from 1998, he talks about his Time wave theory and his predicaments of the changes that are going to take place in 2012.
McKenna developed a mathematical system to predict events in the future based on the model of ancient Chinese knowledge of the I-Ching , and came to a conclusion that some great changes are going to take place in 2012. he insist that he came to that conclusion many years before he learned about the known prophecies of the ancient Mayan calendar. He sees the nature of time and life in the form of a fractal, evolving around a kind of a strange attractor at the end of history, like a point in the future that is pulling all nature to the state of perfect novelty. He predict this “omega point” to be in December 2012, where there should occur radical changes in the model of time itself, and in the way human beings can perceive it.

Terence McKenna (1946—2000) was an Irish-American philosopher, psychonaut, researcher, spiritual teacher, speaker and writer on many subjects. He has been studying the ontological foundations of Shamanism and the Ethnopharmacology of spiritual transformation for the past quarter century.
